A chilled kulfi (traditional Indian icecream) is the best solution for summers. Especially this creamy kulfi is mouth-watering because it is made using chikoos. CHICKOO KULFI Ingredients 1 cup chickoo puree 2 medium chickoos, peeled, deseeded and finely chopped 4 cups full fat milk ⅓ cup condensed milk 2 tbsps finely chopped cashew nus ½ tsp green cardamom powder Method 1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan. Cook till it comes to a boil. 2. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously till the mixture thickens. 3. Add condensed milk and mix well. 4. Switch the heat off and stir in the chickoo puree and mix till well combined. Add cashew nuts, green cardamom powder and chopped chickoos and mix well. 5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly. 6. Pour the mixture into individual kulfi moulds, tightly cover with a lid and freeze for 6-8 hours.
